Inclusive Leadership Awareness Training (ILAT)

Participate in the Inclusive Leadership Awareness Training hosted by the Center for Inclusive Excellence (CIE). This workshop promotes the understanding and reflection of identity, bias and power within student leadership. The workshop introduces the concepts of implicit bias and microaggressions through a student-lens to increase the understanding of self-awareness and inequities on campus. This workshop also focuses on inclusive communication strategies such as practicing empathy, affective language and conflict styles to offer tangible skills when working through differences. This training is open to all students. If you are an officer in a Recognized Student Organization (RSO), this is your last opportunity to complete this training for the fall application cycle.
